We understand the utmost importance of receiving the correct rent on time every month. With us, rent is guaranteed to be paid on the same day of the month every month, by Bacs, for the duration of the contract.

We have a large team of trained and qualified in-house maintenance operatives that deal with all repairs and refurbishments. All contractors are accredited using our rigorous approval process and are members of the required regulatory body for their field. We complete minor repairs free of charge for landlords as part of our management service with no cost to the landlord.
When a new tenant moves into the property a ‘check in’ will be completed showing them how the appliances work, take meter readings and provide the tenant information about the property and local area. When a tenant moves out a ‘check out’ will also be completed.

24HR MAINTENANCE SERVICE
We operate a dedicated 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, maintenance and repair emergency call out service.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
The first inspections will take place precisely 4 weeks after the tenant/s arrival, we will ensure that there are no issues, after that, inspections will be every 12 weeks, carried out by your allocated property manager.
NO EVICTION COSTS
If a tenant needs to be evicted during the term we manage this process and cover the cost. We guarantee that you will still receive your rent.
GUARANTEED RENT
The guaranteed rent scheme ensures you get paid, on the same day every month, even if the property is empty.
CLEAR START DATES
We will start to pay you the rent on the day that we sign the contract, even if a tenant has not yet moved in.
VOIDS
You will not experience any void periods your rent is paid and is guaranteed even when the property is empty.
WHITE GOODS
All properties are required to have a fridge, freezer, cooker and a washing machine, in working condition.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
A property manager will be allocated to you, who will be solely responsible for looking after you and your property. When your contract starts you will receive their mobile number, you can contact them at any time during your contract.
NO HIDDEN FEE’S
We don’t charge any fee’s on the guaranteed rent scheme.
FREE REPAIRS AND REFURBISHMENTS
We complete minor repairs at the property free of charge and free refurbishments between tenants.
MOVING OUT
If a tenant moves out, we will arrange for any required works to be completed so that a new tenant can move in without delay. This includes; painting, cleaning, damage repairs, etc, all without charge to a landlord.
