Guaranteed Homes was established primarily to provide Guaranteed Rent to landlords with single dwelling properties to provide homes for families working alongside local authorities, housing associations and many other housing providers to support their housing needs. Our head office is located in North Essex, we also have satellite offices based in South East Essex and East London.
We have a sister company that has been established since 2014 that manages over 700 rooms and tenancies in HMO’s (please see our Guaranteed HMO’s section for more details) Experienced management and maintenance teams ensure that the service a customer receives is second to none.
Responsibility
Guaranteed Homes and Guaranteed HMO’s have established themselves as one of the leading agents in Essex and London managing over 900 properties and rooms working alongside over 50 local authorities, housing associations and many other housing providers and homeless charities.
We ensure that all properties meet current legislation and that tenants are referenced before moving in. Our In-house maintenance and customer service team are friendly, motivated and experienced, assisting you with all your property needs.

Our Vision
Guaranteed Homes is Essex and London’s Guaranteed Rent Provider. Guaranteed Homes Ltd is owned and run by Paula Carlton and Keely Nickolds, they have established themselves as one of the leading guaranteed rent providers in Essex and London.
We work closely with local authority housing officers to help provide families a safe and secure home, whilst providing a service to our landlords to secure a risk free rent and management of their properties, taking as much of the hassle out of renting whilst mitigating most of the usual risks and achieving the best possible rent for the landlord.

Guaranteed Homes are looking for studio flats to 5+ bedroom houses that we can rent from you over a 3-5 year period. During that time we become the tenant and guarantee the rent to you, we’ll also take care of all the maintenance and best of all you will be paid every month on a set date whether it is occupied or not!
